Success as a Broker Producer (Pending RIBO Accreditation)
There is no one path to success but there are principles and disciplines instrumental in success as a broker producer.
To explore these concepts we welcome Michael Nituda, Vice President and Partner, BFL Canada to provide a framework for charting your path as a successful broker producer. In this presentation Michael will share insights from his 13 year ascent through the industry as a top producer on:
- The role of a producer; how sales shape a brokerage
- Recognizing the 2 production architypes and mastery of both
- Learning to fail – lessons worth sharing on being brokered
- Selecting niche Commercial Industries based on your: interests, network and best-in-class product access
- Enhancing your networking and community involvement – Impact Player
- The Math: pipeline management and the golden ratio – Activity will always bring results
Throughout the presentation Michael will also provide tips to approach complex risks, enhance technical knowledge through curiosity, navigate the stigmas of the sales industry and build connections with business owners.
