OVERVIEW

Business Development is the process of driving strategic opportunities for a business or organization. In the insurance industry, the alignment of these strategies are pivotal in developing a good relationship between Broker and Carrier.  With over 21 years in the industry and 14 years dedicated to Business Development we welcome Nicole Burrell, AVP, Broker Distribution – Aviva to provide key insights on Building Powerful Partnerships.

SESSION OBJECTIVES:

  • Understand the Business Profile focus points that frame the business development relationship
  • Effectively represent alignment of products and expertise as Target Profiles
  • Recognize the role of Prioritization in accomplishing growth targets and access to accommodations
  • Identify steps to effectively Build Relationship
