Dragging your feet into work every day wishing you were doing something more fulfilling? It’s become like an old cliché, finding work with purpose; but what does that mean? Do you even know what inspires you?
Just because there is a purpose, doesn’t mean it is YOUR purpose. This session aims to help you discover what exactly drives you as an individual. Learn about your unique behaviour traits and work style in order to discover what truly motivates you. Tonya DeVane, Director, Customer Success, OMNIA Group will provide the skills necessary to cultivate your unique talents and experience a sense of fulfillment.
